Jerboi Davis Torgerson made a 10-minute-ish video called Naptime, a means of dealing with -- do we remember -- like a broken foot? Naptime isn't exactly Davis' first time around the video-making block; probably about 10 years ago he made a flick called Atosennim that may or may not exist on the internet, and if memory serves he was some sort of consultant on the Myskate project of roughly the same era. Naptime is also notable since Sissi has a clip in it, keeping alive his streak of appearing in roughly 87 of 87 possibly applicable video projects in which he had an opportunity to appear. Not even talking shit -- dude stacks clips. Credit Jenkem with the online premiere of the flick.

would be cool if there was an oral history done on twin cities skate videos
To set the record straight the clip I have in this wasn't a case of me trying to get a clip. More a matter of the camera getting pointed at me. Either way honored to have a clip in this video. Well done Davis.
First, "Naptime" is further proof that Torgerson has always used the most reliably special songs -- I'm talking songs full of meaning! (Remember that one at the "Top Secret" spot, with the song "Sunbeams" by The Concretes? That was one of the most special edits of my life.) Second, we totally need an "oral history" of "twin cities skate videos"! But then, the twin cities isn't located on the continent of Africa -- which is the king of "oral history" -- so we mine as well stick to the Western tradition of doing a written history, if any history. And I'm not being pretentious for saying so.
