"Always On Max," An Aside

The "The Day Of..." with Torey Pudwill from The Berrics is perhaps one of the truest and best things they've ever put up. Having interviewed Mr. Pudwill a short time ago, I can say that that piece represents him in all his glory, only excluding the time in which he smoked copious amounts of weed that day (and cigarettes) (it probably omitted a beer or two too).

Beyond Puds, that video is emblematic of the life of many young pro/am skateboard types; mundanity and a righteous oblivity. I sound like I'm talking shit, but there's a certain jealousy there too. I only wish that when I can't find the pair of socks I want to wear someday, that I look that awesome.
